Key Responsibilities
  • Teach and develop undergraduate courses and laboratories in Mechanical Engineering, Advanced Manufacturing, and Industrial Automation Systems.
  • Maintain an active research agenda, conduct research in the relevant field, and contribute to maintaining ABET accreditation standards.
  • Provide service to the department, college, university, and profession.
Requirements
  • A doctoral degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a closely related discipline by date of appointment for appointment as Assistant Professor; established record of research/scholarship for appointment as Associate Professor.
  • Consideration may be given to applications with industry experience and/or teaching and developing undergraduate courses in Engineering Technology.
