About the Role

CrowdStrike is seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to support our Engineering organization in the United States. As a key member of our HR team, you will work closely with business leaders and employees to provide strategic HR consultation, implement corporate policies, and design/deliver organizational and employee development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Align with business leaders to provide HR consultation on people matters, change management, and organizational design and effectiveness.
  • Act as the advocate for talent management and development plans, focusing on enhancing leader quality, building workforce skills, and ensuring succession bench strength.
  • Drive company-wide programs, initiatives, and core HR programs, such as Total Rewards, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and Leadership Development.
  • Maintain close partnerships with business operations staff, Finance, and Talent Acquisition to ensure realization of business objectives.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in supporting Engineering organizations.
  • Multi-national country support experience with VP-level internal customers.
  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background.
