Job Title: Express Technician

The Express Service Technician is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient performance of tire-related services. This role requires a strong commitment to our company's mission and values, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform tire-related services, including installation and repair, in a professional and timely manner.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections as required, identifying potential issues and recommending necessary repairs.
  • Recommend tires, parts, and services to customers, working closely with the service manager to ensure seamless communication.
  • Inspect and tag used tires for resale, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company procedures.
  • Maintain equipment and work areas in a safe, clean, and organized manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Assist other technicians with inspections and tasks as needed, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Complete work orders accurately and efficiently, meeting or exceeding productivity standards.
  • Check in and put inventory away accurately, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Strong communication and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using company software and systems.
  • Ability to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
