We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Treatment Unit Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct care and support to our clients, including individual and group counseling, case management, and behavioral interventions. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care and support to clients, including individual and group counseling, case management, and behavioral interventions.

  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • One year of experience in addiction treatment or a related field required.
  • Certified Addictions Counselor (CADC) or able to be certified within 24 months.
  • Valid driver's license required.
