We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Treatment Unit Specialist to join our team. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families on addiction and mental health issues.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • One year of experience in addiction treatment or a related field required.
  • Certified Addictions Counselor (CADC) or able to be certified within 24 months.
  • Valid driver's license required.
