We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Podiatry Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at Froedtert Springdale Health Center in Brookfield, WI. Responsibilities:
As a Podiatry Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting thorough examinations, and developing effective treatment plans. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our podiatry team to provide comprehensive care to our patients.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. A master's degree in nursing is required for Nurse Practitioners, and a bachelor's degree in physician assistant studies is required for Physician Assistants. You must also be certified as an Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber (APNP) by the Wisconsin State Board of Nursing and have current state certification as a PA. Additionally, you must have American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA-approved equivalent and be eligible for Medicaid and Medicare (PECOS) enrollment and DEA registration.
