Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Youth Mental Health Clinician to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in meeting clinical benchmarks for quality care and productivity requirements while ensuring proper care is provided in accordance with program contracts. The successful candidate will develop and provide direct behavioral health services to consumers, including individual, family, and group therapy, crisis intervention, and advocacy services tailored to each consumer's specific therapeutic needs.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Provide evidence-based therapies and interventions, such as MAP, TF-CBT, and Seeking Safety
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluate progress toward established goals
  • Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation according to regulatory standards
Requirements
  • Masters' Degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling)
  • Licensed in California as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psy.D./Ph.D.
  • At least two years of post-licensure experience in mental health settings
  • Valid California driver's license and a driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier
  • Ability to use personal vehicle for Agency business, adhering to federal, state, and local motor vehicle safety standards when transporting children
  • Fluent English speaker required; Spanish language proficiency desirable

Estimated Salary: $68,000 - $73,100 per yearWorking Conditions:

This position involves working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, collaborating with diverse teams, and providing essential mental health services to vulnerable populations. Regular travel may be required to visit clients, attend meetings, and participate in professional development activities.
