Job Opportunity

RER Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Financial Modeler to join our team in Washington, DC. As a Financial Modeler, you will play a critical role in providing onsite and remote federal program leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models, including DCF, DSCR, and scenario analysis for large infrastructure transactions.
  • Analyze financial statements and perform in-depth financial analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and assumptions for model inputs.
  • Conduct industry and company research to support project/transaction recommendations.
  • Participate in client/team meetings and discussions, providing analytical insights and advice.
  • Maintain and update models based on project activity and projections.
  • Support an extensive complex portfolio of projects post loan closure.
  • Ensure model accuracy and enhance existing model quality.
  • Recommend and implement process improvement measures.
Requirements
  • US Citizenship required to obtain client-issued Public Trust.
  • Five (5) years of experience in financial analytics or operational analytics environment.
  • Experience with assessing financial strategy, conducting impact analysis, and creating dynamic models.
  • Experience in building complex data models fed from multiple data sources.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and understanding of fundamental business writing.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
