Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines to collect, store, and analyze portfolio company data
  • Prepare and present financial data and key performance indicators (KPIs) for senior leadership review
  • Assist with quarterly portfolio company valuation processes, including model preparation and documentation
  • Build and maintain fund models for forecasting performance and returns
  • Manage company data dashboards and internal reporting for CEO, CFO, and investment leads
  • Support investor requests with data-driven insights and materials
  • Collaborate with the IR team on investor fundraising efforts, including due diligence and data requests
Requirements:
  • Experience with PowerBI, Power Automate, SQL, and Python is a plus
  • Strong data management and analysis skills, with a focus on venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or asset management
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and macros
  • Superior organization, attention to detail, and high ethical standards
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to effectively multi-task, manage deadlines, and communicate clearly
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or Finance
