Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at The Conservatory at Champion Forest. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our community, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize all areas of the community, including apartment homes, common areas, lounges, and offices.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks, including sweeping, dusting, and mopping floors, as well as cleaning and polishing fixtures and facilities.
  • Collect and dispose of trash and refuse, and maintain the community laundry in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Report any needed repairs and supply and equipment needs to the Lead Housekeeper.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively speaking the primary language of the residents.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Must demonstrate an interest in working with a senior population.
  • Interacts with guests, residents, and staff in a courteous and friendly manner.
