We offer a comprehensive training program to ensure your success in this role. No prior experience is required, and we provide on-the-job training to help you develop the skills you need to excel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform cleaning duties according to schedule in assigned areas, including apartment homes, common areas, lounges, and offices.
  • Sweep, dust, and mop floors, and clean fixtures and facilities.
  • Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables, and maintain equipment and materials in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Assist with laundry and maintain the commercial laundry area in a clean and sanitary condition.
  • Report any needed repairs or supply and equipment needs to the Lead Housekeeper.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules and operating instructions.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
