Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Manager to lead our data initiatives and drive business decisions with data-driven insights. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for integrating data from multiple systems, delivering actionable insights through reporting, and managing a team of BI professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute a Comprehensive BI Strategy: Align with organizational objectives and drive business growth through data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead and Manage a Team of BI Professionals: Foster a collaborative and data-driven culture within the organization, ensuring seamless integration of data initiatives.
  • Oversee Data Integration and Formatting: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data collection, storage, and analysis, aligning with business requirements.
  • Implement and Maintain BI Tools: Focus on Power BI for data visualization, ensuring efficient data analysis and reporting.
  • Design and Deliver Customized Reports and Dashboards: Provide stakeholders with actionable insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
  • Perform In-Depth Data Analysis: Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, driving business growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Understand data needs and create tailored BI solutions, ensuring seamless integration with business operations.
  • Ensure Compliance with Data Governance Policies: Align with industry regulations and ensure the integrity of data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in business intelligence roles, including leadership and team management.
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools, particularly Power BI, and expertise in data management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
  • Proficiency in SQL, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based BI solutions and advanced analytics.
  • Knowledge of machine learning concepts.
