Job Title: Business Intelligence Manager

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Manager to lead data initiatives and shape the company's data-driven decision-making processes. This individual will be responsible for integrating data from multiple systems, delivering actionable insights through reporting, and managing a team of BI professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive BI strategy that aligns with organizational objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of BI professionals, fostering a collaborative and data-driven culture within the organization.
  • Oversee the integration and formatting of data from ERP systems and other sources into the company's cloud-based data warehouse.
  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data collection, storage, and analysis.
  • Implement and maintain BI tools, with a focus on Power BI for data visualization.
  • Design and deliver customized reports and dashboards to stakeholders across the business.
  • Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and create tailored BI solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure the BI infrastructure supports business requirements and future growth.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies and industry regulations.
  • Assist in selecting and managing external consultants to support BI implementation.
  • Present findings and insights to senior management, aiding in strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in business intelligence roles, including leadership and team management.
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools, particularly Power BI, and expertise in data management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
  • Proficiency in SQL, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment; local candidates required for in-office collaboration.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based BI solutions and advanced analytics.
  • Knowledge of machine learning concepts.
