  • Develop and maintain CNC programming for milling and turning machines, utilizing 2D designs and 3D models

  • Occasionally operate CNC machinery
  • Prepare quotes for external contract work
  • Assist suppliers with machining processes and tooling
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in CNC programming, machining, tool and fixture design, and process innovation
  • Expertise in machining techniques, cutting tools, work-holding, and part setups
  • Skilled in interpreting engineering drawings for CNC program creation
  • Ability to read engineering prints and geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T) for machining tasks
  • Familiarity with CNC machine setup and operation
  • Capacity to work autonomously and effectively
  • Strong collaborative spirit, ensuring timely completion of tasks in line with production objectives
  • Adept at working with colleagues to solve problems in manufacturing processes
  • Comfortable spending considerable time in an office environment
  • Able to manage tooling weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Prior experience with GibbsCam is a plus
  • Knowledge of steel, ductile cast components, and large part machining
