Key Responsibilities- Capture high-quality images for internal events, meetings, and employee headshots
- Produce professional, polished photography that supports the company's internal communications and documentation needs
- Work closely with other departments to plan and execute projects
- Assist in managing production tools and technologies to maintain quality standards for photo content
- Equipment management: Maintain and manage photo production equipment, ensuring it is always in good working condition and available for use
- Bachelor's degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years of professional photography experience, with a focus on headshots and event photography, preferably in a professional setting
- Proficiency in digital photography techniques, including lighting, composition, and camera operation
- Keen eye for detail to ensure high quality and consistent photography output according to brand standards
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines
