Job Purpose:

This position is responsible for capturing high-quality images for internal events, meetings, and employee headshots. The role focuses on producing professional, polished photography that supports the company's internal communications and documentation needs. The in-house photographer will work closely with various departments to ensure all photographic needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Headshots: Capture professional headshots of employees for internal directories, corporate websites, and other company materials.
  • Event photography: Photograph internal events and meetings, ensuring comprehensive coverage and high-quality images that reflect the atmosphere and key moments.
  • Meeting documentation: Document important meetings and company gatherings with candid and posed shots that can be used for internal and social media purposes.
  • Internal collaboration: Work closely with other departments to plan and execute projects.
  • Technical oversight: Assist in managing production tools and technologies to maintain quality standards for photo content.
  • Equipment management: Maintain and manage photo production equipment, ensuring it is always in good working condition and available for use.
  • Scheduling and documentation: Work with producer to schedule and manage appointments for headshots and event photography; maintain accurate records of sessions according to requirements.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to Creative Manager, Producer, and Stakeholders on the status of photography projects.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional photography experience, with a focus on headshots and event photography, preferably in a professional setting.
  • Proficiency in digital photography techniques, including lighting, composition, and camera operation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills to work effectively with employees and department heads.
  • Keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality and consistent photography output according to brand standards.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Understanding of corporate environment and internal communication needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Photography experience.
  • Focus on headshots and event photography, preferably in a corporate setting.
