Job Summary

The Dispensary Associate is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining operational integrity and compliance throughout the store. This role requires a strong understanding of our products and the ability to make informed recommendations to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Deliver best-in-class customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported throughout their purchasing experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
  • Operational Integrity: Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the job, including sales transactions, inventory management, and store maintenance.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team and individual performance goals, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Retail experience preferred, with a focus on customer service and sales.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check.
