Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Rental Coordinator to join our team at Carrier. As a key member of our depot team, you will be responsible for coordinating the rental process, ensuring timely delivery and pickup of equipment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate rental orders, including scheduling equipment delivery and pickup
  • Communicate with customers and vendors to determine service requirements
  • Manage rental agreements, bills of lading, and purchase orders
  • Process invoices and payments, ensuring accurate and timely processing
  • Maintain accurate records of rental activities, including job releases and customer signatures
  • Coordinate equipment transportation, including scheduling and tracking
  • Assist with technician and subcontractor scheduling, as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of administration experience, preferably in a rental or logistics environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
