Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Maintenance Team Lead at Aerospace Instrument Support, Inc. This role involves overseeing maintenance operations, managing equipment upkeep, executing preventive maintenance tasks, and supervising maintenance staff. The position is integral to our operations and is based in Denton, TX.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise maintenance operations and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Oversee maintenance personnel and coordinate daily tasks.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant FAA regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory skills and experience in operations management.
  • Expertise in equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance practices.
  • 5+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance is preferred.
  • Strong decision-making and communication abilities.
  • A&P certification is required; IA certification is preferred.
