Pilot Company is seeking highly-skilled, experienced Food Services Managers to assist in running our high-volume, quick service restaurants.
Our Food Service Managers assist the Restaurant General Manager and are responsible for helping to manage the restaurant operation within a travel center. You will also be responsible for the following tasks:
- Filling in for the Restaurant General Manager
- Assisting the GM in selecting, coaching, training, and developing Team Members
- Directing and assigning work to Team Members
- Creating a positive work environment for team members
- Expediting food service and assisting with food preparation
- Ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction, food quality, restaurant cleanliness, and a strong food safety environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and high-quality food
- Supervise and train Team Members to meet company standards
- Monitor and maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment
- Assist in managing restaurant finances and inventory
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in food service management or a related field
- Proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations and teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Compensation:
Pay rates starting between $43,000 and $63,355 per year
