Job Description

Pilot Company is seeking highly-skilled, experienced Food Services Managers to assist in running our high-volume, quick service restaurants.

Our Food Service Managers assist the Restaurant General Manager and are responsible for helping to manage the restaurant operation within a travel center. You will also be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Filling in for the Restaurant General Manager
  • Assisting the GM in selecting, coaching, training, and developing Team Members
  • Directing and assigning work to Team Members
  • Creating a positive work environment for team members
  • Expediting food service and assisting with food preparation
  • Ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction, food quality, restaurant cleanliness, and a strong food safety environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and high-quality food
  • Supervise and train Team Members to meet company standards
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment
  • Assist in managing restaurant finances and inventory
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in food service management or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations and teams
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

Compensation:

Pay rates starting between $43,000 and $63,355 per year
