Dallas Area Construction Operations Manager

We're seeking an experienced Construction Operations Manager to lead our Light Duty Construction team in the Dallas Metroplex. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving growth, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a culture of safety and customer satisfaction.
Job Summary:
The Construction Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall performance of our Light Duty Construction line of business in the DFW market. This includes providing leadership to a team of up to 20 construction technicians, project managers, estimators, field supervisors, and administrative support staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safety First: Ensure that all projects and repairs are conducted with safety as the top priority, maintaining equipment and adhering to regulatory guidelines.
- People Leadership: Lead the development of our LDC staff, ensuring exceptional service delivery to customers and providing meaningful work and development opportunities.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, communicating effectively and ensuring seamless coordination and teamwork.
- Revenue and Profit Growth: Drive growth of our LDC line of business, contributing to 20% growth in the first year, through effective scheduling, cost management, and profitable execution.
Requirements:
- Strong people-leadership experience, with a customer-centric focus
- Ability to travel occasionally and work out of town, including overnight stays
- Proven experience managing profit/loss and construction/project management
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required)
- Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding, including drug test and background check (required)
