Position Overview

The Country Inn & Suites of Boise is in search of a dedicated Room Attendant to enhance our hospitality team. The primary role of the Room Attendant is to ensure that guest accommodations are immaculate and comfortable, adhering to brand standards while promoting guest satisfaction through friendly and professional service. This role also encompasses maintaining cleanliness in public areas to create a welcoming environment for all visitors. Full-time positions are available across various shifts, including some weekends.

  7. Promptly reporting maintenance issues to the supervisor.
  8. Handling lost and found items appropriately.
  9. Maintaining a tidy and organized cleaning cart and equipment for optimal efficiency.
  10. Informing the supervisor of any 'DO NOT DISTURB' or locked guest rooms to ensure safety and satisfaction.
  11. Organizing storage areas to maintain quality and efficiency, including checking stock levels and managing linens.
  12. Securing linen closets and disposal chutes to ensure safety and security.
  13. Acquiring knowledge of the property and facilities to effectively respond to guest inquiries.
  14. Understanding and applying all safety and security protocols to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff.
  15. Keeping the supervisor informed of any significant issues or unusual occurrences.
  16. Performing additional duties as assigned.
