The Night Shift Supervisor will play a critical role in supporting the activities of our Men's and Women's treatment programs, ensuring the smooth operation of the night shift, and providing supervision to employees. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of day-to-day operations of the department to ensure quality care and fidelity to funding grants and contracts.
  • Supervise employees on all night shift activities, ensuring they utilize their time efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct monthly safety drills and facilitate crisis management activities as needed.
  • Assist in the completion of data entry and supervise participant activities, ensuring accurate documentation and census counts.
  • Perform UA testing, medication monitoring, and body searches in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with the counseling team to integrate and coordinate services across mental health, SUD, and healthcare sectors.
  • Attend training sessions, staff meetings, and continuing education events to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
  • Communicate effectively with staff members regarding participant behavior, progress, and activities.
Requirements
  • Certified AOD Counselor with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a residential setting.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, written, and counseling skills.
  • Ability to work well with a diverse population and maintain confidentiality in accordance with agency policies and federal laws.
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record are required.
