Shift Details:
This part-time Nursing Assistant/Registered (CNA/NAR) role involves working 64 hours every two weeks, including evening shifts and alternating weekends (Saturday/Sunday) along with holiday rotations.

About Us:
With over a century of dedicated service, Ebenezer Ridges Care Center offers a full spectrum of care, including Transitional Care, Adult Day Programs, Long Term Care, and Assisted Living/Memory Care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care based on individual care plans, including assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Monitor and record vital signs as part of daily care routines.
- Assist in the safe transfer and mobility of residents, using appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Observe and report any changes in resident conditions to the appropriate staff members.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in resident rooms and work areas, and address any equipment issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Must be an active Nursing Assistant, Registered (NAR) on the MDH Nursing Assistant Registry by the start date.
- Alternatively, candidates may be considered if enrolled in Ebenezer's Nursing Assistant Course or Pre-CNA job, with a four-month post-hire period to become active on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with diverse and elderly populations.
- Strong communication skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- Previous experience in roles such as Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), or similar positions.
