In the role of Technology Analyst, you will collaborate with a customer-centric team, focusing on features that cater to client needs and leveraging data-driven insights. Your responsibilities will include developing software that enables clients to enhance their business processes through the design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of our software components and services.

Essential Skills & Experience

Mandatory Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution is required. We will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education.
  • 4+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, along with a solid understanding of Azure implementations for applications, services, APIs, and data.
  • Hands-on experience with C# and .NET customizations within Dynamics 365.
  • Strong foundation in software engineering practices, coding, data structures, algorithms, and exceptional testing, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, schedule, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Excellent client interaction capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within teams.

  • Strong customer orientation and confidence in making critical decisions independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in creating requirement specifications based on architecture, design, and process detailing.

This position requires both sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Communication may occur via various methods. Travel may be necessary based on job requirements.
