  • **Requirements Management**: Develop and manage system requirements, ensuring that they are accurate, complete, and consistent with customer needs.
  • **Risk Management**: Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring that software systems are developed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • **Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, program management, and quality assurance, to ensure that software systems meet customer needs and are delivered on time.

Requirements

  • **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) or equivalent experience.
  • **Experience**: 12 years of relevant experience in systems engineering, software development, and technical leadership.
  • **Security Clearance**: Active and transferable U.S. government issued TS/SCI security clearance.
  • **Skills**: Strong technical skills in systems engineering, software development, and technical leadership. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • **Experience with Agile Development**: Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools.
  • **Cloud Computing**: Experience with cloud computing platforms and services.
  • **Model-Based Systems Engineering**: Experience with model-based systems engineering tools and techniques.
  • **Leadership**: Experience in leading cross-functional teams and providing technical direction.
