Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Facility Cleaner/Porter to ensure our facilities maintain a high standard of cleanliness. This full-time role requires availability Monday to Friday, with additional hours on Saturday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dust and clean furniture, walls, and office equipment.
  • Collect and dispose of trash and recycling materials.
  • Address incidental spills by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
  • Utilize chemical cleaners and power equipment safely to protect floors and fixtures.
  • Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning solutions and tools.
  • Adhere to safety procedures and company policies.
  • Maintain exterior cleanliness by emptying trash receptacles.
  • Complete assigned tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Perform additional janitorial duties as required by property standards.

Physical Requirements

Candidates must be able to meet the physical demands associated with the essential functions of this role.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in janitorial or cleaning roles, preferably in an office setting.
  • Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are advantageous.

Compensation

The hourly pay rate for this position is $13.00.
