Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service in our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to internal and external guests, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
  • Operate and maintain various cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners, carpet extractors, and wet/dry vacuums.
  • Restock and replenish cleaning supplies, paper products, and other essential items.
  • Ensure the safety and security of guests and employees, containing and cleaning up biohazards as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Zero to one year of experience in cleaning public buildings and/or facilities.
  • Ability to read, follow instructions, and understand visual aids.
  • Knowledge of safety guidelines and protocols.
Working Conditions

This role requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 20 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds with assistance. The work environment may be outdoors, wet areas, and temperatures that may vary.
