About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our team at Summit Hospitality Incorporated. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes to meet the expectations of our discerning guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and dairy products using different cooking techniques and equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient service periods and excellent food quality.
  • Follow standard portion sizes, cooking methods, and recipes to consistently deliver great results.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably within a hotel or restaurant chain.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; degree in culinary arts or related field is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is around $40,000-$60,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:

  • Personal time after 90 days of employment.
  • Insurance benefits after 90 days.
  • Vacation time.
