Job Title:
Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary:
Aerotek is seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist with experience troubleshooting and repairing packaging and manufacturing equipment.

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of mechanical and electrical expertise, with a focus on safety and compliance in a manufacturing environment.


Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair packaging machinery and general manufacturing equipment, ensuring optimal performance.

Perform general mechanical maintenance across the facility.

Utilize Allen Bradley PLC programming and Panel View for equipment management.

Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems, including AC/DC circuits, circuit breakers, motor control centers, and transformers.

Work safely with high-voltage, three-phase electrical systems.

Engage in fabrication and design projects as needed.

Conduct replacement and maintenance of motors, gearboxes, pumps, bearings, and belts.


Adhere to OSHA regulations and safety protocols, including lock-out/tag-out procedures, confined space entry, and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).


Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in equipment troubleshooting and repair.

Strong understanding of electrical fundamentals and safety practices.

Proven ability in mechanical maintenance and general plant operations.

Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and compliance measures.

Fabrication and design experience is a plus.
