- Inform and Educate Patients: Effectively communicate with patients, providing clear instructions on medication usage and promoting patient understanding.
- Develop and Participate in Training Programs: Collaborate in the development and implementation of new employee training and education programs, enhancing the skills of our team members.
- Promote Quality Improvement: Contribute to an environment of continuous quality improvement, driving excellence in patient care and service delivery.
- State Licensure: Possess current state licensure as a pharmacist, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Education and Training: Hold a PharmD or BS Pharm degree, with advanced education or completion of a hospital pharmacy residency preferred.
