**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Select Medical's Critical Illness Recovery Hospital in Latrobe, PA. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients.

**Responsibilities:**

* Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
* Provide respiratory care to patients with complex medical and surgical conditions
* Perform insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes
* Promote continuous quality improvement
* Teach and counsel patients and families

**Requirements:**

* Active CRT or RRT credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) or state equivalent
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
* Current state licensure
* ACLS certification for agency RT and PRN staff

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* One year of related experience
