Job Overview: We are in search of dependable, self-driven individuals to take on various assembly positions within our Savannah facility. The ideal candidates will be responsible for:

  • Interpreting technical documents, including diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Collaborating with team members to assemble products efficiently.
  • Identifying defective items and managing them according to established protocols.
  • Utilizing reasoning skills to resolve issues as they arise.
  • Reading and adhering to basic diagrams and specifications to accurately assemble components.
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety procedures.
  • Maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Gathering all necessary materials and equipment for assembly tasks.
  • Taking precise measurements to guarantee the correct fit of components.
  • Conducting quality checks to uphold the highest standards.
  • Maintaining equipment in optimal condition.
  • Reporting any issues or malfunctions promptly.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED, with some experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or construction setting.
  • Technical knowledge and the ability to read blueprints and drawings.
  • Proficiency in using tools and machinery.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
  • Demonstrated organizational, planning, and coordination skills.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proven track record of accountability and timeliness.
  • Proficient computer skills.
