Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Configuration Expert - Business Analyst Role to join our dedicated team of professionals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for configuring and optimizing our Salesforce instance to meet the needs of our 5,000+ sales and service users across 100 countries.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Salesforce configuration and business analysis, with a strong understanding of the Salesforce security & sharing model, object architecture, and relationship model principles. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to effectively prioritize and execute their work.

In this role, you will work closely with product owners and stakeholders to elicit business requirements, perform hands-on configuration of Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products, and support all stages of the SDLC (Unit, Integration, Testing, and UAT).

Responsibilities
  • Elicit business requirements using various methods to support business analysis and solution development.
  • Perform hands-on configuration of Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
  • Support, coordinate, write test scripts, and provide testing in all stages of SDLC (Unit, Integration, Testing, and UAT).
  • Identify essential components in a solution design, distinguishing them from optional or nice-to-have elements.
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prepare or develop user stories as part of an Agile scrum team.
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with clients and technical teams to prioritize requirements, propose potential solutions, identify quick fixes or workarounds, and develop model business processes.
  • Generate and update analysis artifacts and deliverables to capture business and technical requirements, including use cases, business rules, and business process models.
  • Drive and challenge IST and business colleagues to optimize designs and work products.
  • Collaborate on weekly production deploys and post-production support.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience between Salesforce configuration and business analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related STEM field.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively drive consensus and collaborate with clients, team members, and management.
  • Adept at conducting research into application and process-related issues; knowing when to ask for help or escalate an issue.
  • Experience in agile application development and support, enabling effective collaboration within a scrum team.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is $72,800—$135,200 USD.
