Reach Truck Operator Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Reach Truck Operator to join our team at LSI Staffing in Duncanville, TX. As a Reach Truck Operator, you will be responsible for operating Reach Truck Stand Up Forklifts, handling materials, and working in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate Reach Truck Stand Up Forklifts to move materials around the warehouse
  • Handle materials up to 55 lbs. and perform cross-training within the department
  • Work in a team environment and maintain a safe and clean work area
  • Check and count freight for accuracy and/or damage
  • Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking as directed by management

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a cold environment
  • Ability to stand and work 11+ hour shifts
  • Ability to pass a drug test and have no felonies

Shift Hours and Pay:

1st shift: 7 am to 3 pm, 2nd shift: 3 pm to 11 pm. Pay range: up to $19 per hour. LOTS of overtime available (mandatory and voluntary).
