Position DetailsFull-Time Role
• Completion of a comprehensive 90-day training program aimed at developing and assessing candidates for the Team Lead position. Additional skills training may be necessary.

Administrative Duties
• Conduct daily inventory assessments to formulate prep lists.
• Develop checklists and process outlines.
• Report significant safety concerns, equipment issues, and staff challenges.

• Manage cash drawer operations.
• Serve as a key holder for restaurant opening and closing procedures.
Team Leadership
• Act as the primary contact for resolving minor to moderate operational challenges.
• Oversee daily break rotations and reassignment of positions as needed.
• Set a positive example for all staff members.
• Provide motivation and positive reinforcement to the team.
• Train new and existing staff on recipes and assigned roles.
• Efficiently manage time during morning preparations and evening closing tasks.
• Address escalated customer complaints in the absence of management.
Kitchen Management
• Ensure adherence to food safety protocols, including inventory rotation and sanitation practices.
• Lead the organization and storage of shipments and deliveries.
• Initiate in-service preparation as necessary.
• Maintain service standards and consistency in food quality.
• Organize storage areas and ensure compliance with kitchen regulations.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Capacity to stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to learn and perform multiple roles interchangeably.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Must complete required certifications.
• Minimum of one year of continuous experience in a relevant restaurant environment.
• Proven track record of strong leadership and emotional intelligence.
• Availability to work 30+ hours per week (up to 5 days).
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential; we will provide the necessary training.
