We are seeking a committed individual to become a part of our team as a Clinical Support Specialist at Embrace Dermatology and Aesthetics. Our clinic is dedicated to delivering outstanding care to our patients in a friendly and supportive atmosphere. This role will entail assisting the physician in providing high-quality care, managing patient records, and engaging with patients effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the physician during patient consultations
- Maintaining and organizing patients' medical records and documenting visits
- Collecting medical histories and obtaining necessary consents
- Conducting follow-up calls with patients
Additional Responsibilities May Include:
- Checking patients in and out of the clinic
- Preparing examination rooms for patient visits
- Ensuring cleanliness and stocking of medical rooms
Qualifications:
- CPR certification is highly preferred
- Familiarity with EMA electronic medical record systems is advantageous
- A minimum of one year of experience in Dermatology is required
- Medical Assistant certification from an accredited program is preferred
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary
