We are seeking a committed individual to become a part of our team as a Clinical Support Specialist at Embrace Dermatology and Aesthetics. Our clinic is dedicated to delivering outstanding care to our patients in a friendly and supportive atmosphere. This role will entail assisting the physician in providing high-quality care, managing patient records, and engaging with patients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the physician during patient consultations
  • Maintaining and organizing patients' medical records and documenting visits
  • Collecting medical histories and obtaining necessary consents
  • Conducting follow-up calls with patients

Additional Responsibilities May Include:

  • Checking patients in and out of the clinic
  • Preparing examination rooms for patient visits
  • Ensuring cleanliness and stocking of medical rooms

Qualifications:

  • CPR certification is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with EMA electronic medical record systems is advantageous
  • A minimum of one year of experience in Dermatology is required
  • Medical Assistant certification from an accredited program is preferred
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary
