Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Diesel Mechanic III to join our team at LCCI. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing complex equipment repairs and maintenance in a safe and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform intermediate level diagnostics and repairs on a variety of equipment and systems utilizing working knowledge of schematics and diagrams
  • Assist in the training of lower-level technicians as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Active applicable state class driver's license
  • Trade school training preferred
  • Manufacturer-sponsored training a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience repairing/maintaining vehicles and equipment
Working Conditions
  • Activities requiring handling and grasping with the hands when performing repairs or maintenance of equipment by utilizing hand tools, power tools, air tools, nut, bolts, electronic controls, and other small parts
  • Frequent lifting
  • Exposure to bright light, extreme temperature, loud noise, dust, gas, or fumes
  • Work in unprotected weather elements
  • Ability to bend, kneel, and work with arms raised for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to walk and stand on concrete and uneven surfaces for at least 4 hours per day
  • Ability to climb over and into heavy equipment several times per day
Salary

$21-$25/hr. DOE + benefits
