Position Overview
In the role of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will oversee the delivery of personal care and clinical services, as well as medication management for residents, in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide training to staff members in compliance with state regulations.
- Ensure effective infection control measures are implemented.
- Supervise the medication management processes, ensuring that Medication Aides are adequately trained and that medications are dispensed safely and effectively.
- Maintain accurate and complete Medication Administration Records, ensuring all medications are current, stored properly, and disposed of appropriately when no longer needed.
