ROLE OF AN EQUIPMENT SERVICE ADVISOR

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in John Deere service department operations
  • Understanding of standard job pricing and commission-based compensation
  • Basic accounting and financial principles knowledge
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Ability to inspire and motivate team members
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office, and capability to lift up to 50 pounds
