Key Responsibilities:
* Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in meat science and related areas

* Develop and implement extension programs in meat science and related areas
* Collaborate with other faculty members and industry partners to advance the field of meat science
Requirements:
* Ph.D. in Meat Science or a related field
* Experience in teaching, research, and extension in meat science or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
