Job Title: Registered Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one, home-based nursing care to former DOE Hanford Workers. As a member of our team, you will perform patient assessments, plan and implement care, monitor conditions, and ensure proper documentation. Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to various shifts are essential as we continue to grow and accept new clients.

Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with colleagues to assess, plan, and evaluate patient care plans
* Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
* Document and report any changes in patient conditions to supervisors
* Maintain accurate records of patient care

Qualifications:

* Valid RN/LPN license to practice in Washington State
* Prior experience as a Registered Nurse preferred
* Excellent interpersonal and patient care skills
* Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
* Valid car insurance
* AHA BLS certification
* Washington State Food Workers Card
* Must be able to transport clients to and from appointments as needed
* Clean background check
* Must pass a drug screen
