About the Role

As a Residential Behavioral Support Specialist with SERV Behavioral Health System, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality behavioral health care services to individuals residing in community settings. This position requires a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in social work, human services, counseling, or a related field.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a community-based behavioral health setting, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A valid driver's license in the state of residence is also required.

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver behavioral health care services to clients in community settings
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide crisis intervention and support services as needed
  • Conduct regular assessments and documentation of client progress

Requirements
