Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse Manager to lead our team of healthcare professionals in providing high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will have a strong background in oncology nursing, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.

  • Lead and manage a team of nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.

  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.

  • Monitor and evaluate patient care outcomes to identify areas for improvement.

  • Develop and implement education programs for nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

  • Current RN licensure in the State of Florida.

  • Current OCN certification.

  • At least two years of experience in oncology nursing, preferably in a leadership role.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

  • Fluency in English and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
