Salary and Benefits

We offer competitive pay, with an estimated annual salary of $40,000 based on 30 hours of work per week. Additionally, we provide weekly direct deposit, time-and-a-half pay for overtime and holidays, flexible schedules, and matching caregivers with nearby clients.

About the Job

As a caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement. You will assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Establishing strong communication and professional relationships with clients, family members, and co-workers is also crucial.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of one year of professional experience, enjoy serving others, and have a big heart with a lot of love to share. You should also be able to take charge with a warm smile and work independently.
