Caregiver for Seniors

Are you a compassionate and skilled individual looking for a rewarding career in caregiving? Right at Home East Atlanta is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team.
About the Role:
We offer competitive compensation, with an estimated salary of $32,000 per year, based on 40 hours of work per week. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors in their own homes, providing personalized care and support that enhances their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
* Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions
* Accompany clients on errands or medical appointments
* Provide medication reminders and assist with prescribed range of motion exercises
* Engage in dementia care and companionship activities such as reading, music, puzzles, etc.
Requirements:
* High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred
* Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance
* Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job
* Possess a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
* Pass a fingerprint background check
* CNA license REQUIRED
* Hoyer lift experience preferred

Certifications and Qualifications:
* Current CNA License in the state of Georgia
* Valid Driver's License
* Valid Car Insurance
* Social Security Card/Passport
* Non-Expired Negative TB test
* CPR & First Aid Certifications
* Motor Vehicle Report for past 7 years
