Job Title:
Senior Business Analyst

Location:
Remote with possibility of one day a month in the office.

Duration: 6+ Months contract

Job Description:

The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders and development team members to provide analysis and related project support. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of business analysis principles and the ability to apply them to drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide independent evaluation of existing efforts and support requirements elicitation, prioritization, validation, and documentation.
  • Attend sessions and conduct interviews with stakeholders to identify and document business and system requirements.
  • Develop user stories and associated use cases, as well as test scripts and support testing efforts.
  • Maintain version control of documentation and provide guidance and liaison services between the development team and project stakeholders.
  • Triage production issues and work with the development team and end users to resolve issues.
  • Support all aspects of Mobile application implementation and outcome documentation.
  • Provide meeting agendas and meeting minutes for specified meetings and document meeting outcomes and track action item disposition.
  • Be knowledgeable of, adhere to, and contribute to established digital accessibility regulations and standards.
  • Travel as needed to facilitate project activities.

Requirements:

  • Five or more years of business analysis experience.
  • Capable of applying the listed knowledge, skill, competency, or performing the activity independent of supervision.
  • Able to instruct and mentor others in the exercise or performance of the business analysis responsibilities.
  • Mastery of industry standards and best practices for the business analysis responsibilities with the ability to contribute improvements to the practice.

  • Maintain work products and track modifications through the BA Services documentation change management processes.
