Catholic Charities of Baltimore is seeking a Part-Time Housekeeper for the Neighborhoods at St. Elizabeth. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Housekeeping Maintenance: Perform daily housekeeping maintenance in all areas, adhering to our standard cleaning procedure.
- Bathroom Sanitation: Service bathroom fixtures (toilets, sinks, etc.) with proper germicidal cleaners and replenish paper supplies.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain all departmental equipment in good working order and report any malfunctions to the Director.
- Room Preparation: Perform complete cleaning of vacant rooms to prepare for new admissions.
- Experience: Minimum of one year of housekeeping experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, and follow instructions.
- Customer Service: Have an understanding of customer service principles.
- Scheduling: Ability to work every other weekend.
