Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front-Desk Receptionist / Concierge to join our team at Everlanliving. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents and guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and residents in a professional and friendly manner, providing assistance with personal services and inquiries.
- Triage incoming calls, requests, and inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Provide information on local attractions, events, and services, as well as arrange sightseeing tours and special events.
- Run errands, perform administrative tasks, and assist with printing needs for guests and residents.
- Receive, store, and deliver mail and luggage, ensuring secure and efficient handling.
- Assist with special events, parties, and meetings, as well as provide transportation for residents.
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, guests, and employees, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license and passenger endorsement required.
- One year of customer relations or guest services experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with computer software and basic typing skills.
- Flexibility with schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
