Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving billing and account issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Adjust services as requested by customers, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of changes.
  • Uphold positive customer relationships by maintaining a high level of professionalism, empathy, and communication skills.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings, as well as company policies and procedures, to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 6 months or more of customer service experience preferred.
  • 6 months or more of experience working with computers and multiple software applications preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
