Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving billing and account issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Adjust services as requested by customers, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of changes.
- Uphold positive customer relationships by maintaining a high level of professionalism, empathy, and communication skills.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings, as well as company policies and procedures, to provide accurate information to customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 6 months or more of customer service experience preferred.
- 6 months or more of experience working with computers and multiple software applications preferred.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
