Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cosmetologist to join our team at OneSpaWorld. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and training our spa technicians to deliver the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level service in hair, nail, and skincare treatments
  • Train and educate spa technicians on new services and protocols
  • Ensure adherence to company standards and protocols
  • Coordinate and execute training programs for new hires
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels and orders
  • Provide technical guidance to spa managers and directors
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure consistency in service delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a high-end resort or urban spa environment
  • Accredited/approved massage therapy school education
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
  • Current Hawaii cosmetologist license
